Philip is a project management practitioner in international development with almost two decades of practical experience in project design and implementation with a particular focus on climate change adaptation and resilience, agriculture and food systems sustainability development, agricultural value chains and markets systems development, agricultural technology/innovation dissemination and adoption, rural livelihood, youth employment/entrepreneurship, and social enterprise development. He helped build private sector firms through research, data analytics for an informed decision, systems building, and educating/sensitizing sessions, notably agro-processing companies, seeds companies, and agro-dealers in Ghana, Senegal, Kenya, Malawi, Mozambique, Ethiopia, Tanzania and Rwanda. I have also been involved in policy framework design and negotiation, farmer literacy, and pedagogy design. I am also a published author in top-tier journals covering global food security, sustainable food systems, climate and development, rural sustainable development, and digital agriculture technologies. Philip have strong leadership and interpersonal skills, building solid relationships with international donors with a successful history of securing and managing grant portfolios to over CAD$25M. Philip holds a Geography and International Development Studies doctorate from the University of Guelph, Ontario, Canada. He also leads a team of experts at Global Agri-Business Solutions INC, a consulting firm providing unparalleled place-based advisory services in agriculture and agribusiness. His career objective is to play an active role in the new global development agenda, leading to an increase in global food security, sustainable food systems, climate change adaptation, rural livelihood improvement, poverty reduction, private sector development, and promoting women and youth economic empowerment.

Paa Kwesi Awuku-Darko
Paa Kwesi Awuku-Darko is a financial inclusion expert with over 15 years of experience in designing and managing initiatives for organizations such as the World Bank, Mastercard Foundation, USAID, Gates Foundation, and FCDO. His expertise spans agricultural value chain development, rural and agricultural finance, impact investing, blended finance, and digital financial services. He has worked with community-based microfinance models like Self-Help groups and village savings and loan associations. Notable roles include Sustainable Finance Consultant for the USAID-funded SLUF project, Regional Manager for Palladium’s P4F program, Associate Program Officer for the FISFAP-Mastercard Foundation and AGRA partnership, and Credit Coordinator for agricultural lending at ProCredit Ghana. He also served as Regional Coordinator for ACDI/VOCA on the USAID ADVANCE program. Paa Kwesi is an Inclusive Finance Consultant for the IDA/World Bank-funded AICCRA project, implemented by the Alliance of Bioversity International and CIAT. Paa Kwesi is multi-lingua with basic French.

Vincent Munuve, MBA
Vincent Munuve is an accomplished professional with over 14 years of experience in leading inclusive and sustainable projects across various sectors. His expertise spans sector studies in agri-food systems, leadership, corporate governance, business incubation, climate change interventions, procurement, budget allocation, strategic plan development, monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL), and entrepreneurship ecosystem development. Vincent has a proven track record in managing livelihood projects funded by notable organizations like GIZ, IITA, Mastercard Foundation Canada, Participatory Ecological Land Use Management (PELUM Kenya), AfDB, among other development organizations, and county governments. He has successfully supported smallholder farmers with evidence-based data for sustainable agribusiness practices in Kenya and Ghana, enhancing their operational efficiency and compliance. Additionally, Vincent has extensive experience in agribusiness, having conducted feasibility studies and established agro-processing facilities in 58 districts in Ghana under the ENABLE Youth Program.

Accomplished M&E Specialist with over 15 years of experience designing and implementing robust monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) frameworks for development projects in Zimbabwe. Expert in gender-disaggregated data collection using KoboToolbox, Power BI, and SPSS, with a proven track record in agricultural and governance programs. Fluent in Shona and English, skilled in stakeholder coordination with ZFU, CZI, and local NGOs, aligning with Zimbabwe’s NDS1 and Global Affairs Canada standards.

Agricultural Extension and Capacity Development Specialist
Stephen Olabode Alabi, Ph.D.
Stephen is an agricultural extension and capacity development expert with over two decades of experience in academia and the development space. His PhD is in Agricultural Extension and Rural Sociology. His interests are in needs assessment at the individual, organization, and community levels, community development, training and workshop management, adult education, youth studies and agricultural advisory services. Over the years, he has participated in various research activities with several other consultants on some sponsored intervention projects such as African Women in Rural Enterprises Project sponsored by DFID in Oyo and Osun State, Nigeria, Community and Social Development Project co-sponsored by World Bank and the Federal Government of Nigeria, Breastfeeding and Complimentary Feeding Project sponsored by Nestle Foundation in Osun State, Nigeria, and FADAMA III project sponsored by the World Bank in Osun State, Nigeria among others. As a training programme facilitator, he has participated in various major training workshops for change agents, programme officers, and project managers of several development agencies across Nigeria. Stephen has lectured in two universities to date, where he taught courses in Agricultural Extension, Agricultural Administration, and Rural Sociology.
